We promote the traditional Tibetan Medical System including Himalayan herbs, constitutional nutrition, cleansing, massage, right lifestyle, and Tibetan Astrology.

Herbal products Research Department (HPRD) is one of the important departments of Men-Tsee-Khang.

This department produces herbal health supplements and cosmetics. We spread the use of natural herbal products to lead a healthy life in today's fast paced modern world. Each new product is thoroughly researched: blending modern methods and ancient Tibetan traditions and natural ingredients.

Tibetan and non-Tibetan scholars are consulted during this process to assess the quality of natural ingredients and to ensure maximum consumer safety. The formulations are ancient and based on Tibetan pharmacopoeia.

We manufactured from finest and purest ingredients under the supervision of highly trained and qualified Tibetan pharmacists. At present there are two doctors, three clerical staffs and thirteen workers.

We are manufacturing and supplying our products to the branch clinics of Men-Tsee-Khang in India and Nepal. We also export our herbal products to different countries which is marketed by Men-Tsee-Khang Exports in Delhi.

Objectives:

• The main aim and objectives of our department is to keep and preserve Tibetan's Knowledge of secret natural health and beauty remedies for the benefit of mankind.
• To stress upon the use of natural herbs.

Since we product a variety of products we are facing problem with lack of employees and also in merchandise required for the optimum preparation. We aim to employ more Tibetans to lend hand in the unemployment problem faced by Tibetans in India and those arriving from Tibet. We will appreciate funds of any kind to help our Department to help others.
